SMALL GOURMET WEDDINGS WITH ALAN'S SIGNATURE MENU

Your Small Gourmet Wedding with Alan's Signature Menu at Crear Kitchen is a delicious six course tasting menu to enjoy with a selection or organic and biodynamic wines. 

The Crear Kitchen Signature Menu is included in the Small Gourmet Wedding Package however you are welcome to substitute a course from our à la carte menus or upgrade to our Scottish Seven with the freshest of local seafood. Vegan and vegetarian, gluten and dairy free are all easily catered for.

ABOUT YOUR WEDDING CHEF AT CREAR KITCHEN

 

Alan Boslem our superstar chef who heads up the talented team at Crear Kitchen, has 25 years experience catering in top hotels and establishments across the UK.

Alan started his apprenticeship at the five star Gleneagles Hotel & left as Senior Sous-Chef, with over 100 chefs reporting to him.

Alan has also been Executive Chef for the biggest catering company in the world, the Compass Group

Having cooked for many, many superstars, sporting personalities and all the Royals, we cannot imagine anyone better to create your wedding breakfast fit for a king.

Winner of the CIS award for Banqueting and Events Chef Award 2019, we believe Alan’s food is a gastronomic delight and will be a highlight of your wedding. 
 

CANAPES

Crispy haggis ball with Arran mustard mayo

STARTER

Steamed fillet of Ghia halibut with wasabi and cucumber

Angnolotti of wild mushroom and goats cheese with a light tarragon cream

Blown sugar lemon filled with a lemon sorbet

MAIN

Seared fillet of Scotch beef served with a short rib braised in Loch Fyne ale, roasted root vegetables, seasonal potatoes & Lagavullin jus

DESSERT

Crear style cranachan with Jura whisky jelly

CHEESE

A selection of Scottish cheese and oatcakes with celery flowers, dried fruit & nuts.

Tea, coffee and petit fours

CHILDREN'S MENUS

You tell us what your younger guests idea of gourmet is finished off with an ice-cream sundae! Macaroni cheese, pizza, chicken nuggets. 

Alternatively a half portion of the adult menus are charged at half the price of the final menu you chose. Teenagers are counted as adults.

VEGETARIAN AND VEGAN MENUS

Alan's signature six course tasting menu can be enjoyed for both vegetarians and vegans.

Our food is prepared in a kitchen which handles all allergens.

CHAMPAGNE, WINE AND LOCAL BEERS

A choice of orgainic, biodynamic and vegan Champagne and wines are included in your small wedding package to enjoy during your drinks reception and your wedding meal.

We also offer local beers and ayles.

We have a fully stocked spirit bar offering a wide range of local whiskies and gins.
